According to Decree 168/2025/NĐ-CP, from July 1, 2025, enterprises are required to promptly notify the provincial business registration authority when there is any change in the information of their beneficial owners or declared ownership ratios.

Amendment or supplementation of the company charter.

Restructuring, reorganization, or dissolution of the company.

📌 Note: Indirect ownership means holding ownership through an intermediary organization, but still reaching the threshold of at least 25% of charter capital or voting shares.

4. Key Notes for Enterprises

– Late notification or incorrect declaration of beneficial owner information may lead to administrative penalties or affect the enterprise’s legal status.
